The Charter of the Philatelic Club. A story for children about Seryozha.
Seryozha came out of the school building and stopped for a second. He was reflecting where he should go.
His gaze caught on a beautiful foreign car and a tough guy looking at a smartphone and periodically glancing at Seryozha. The sounds of some kind of music were coming out the smartphone.
"Do they sing in Italian? The opera "Aida"?" Seryozha suspected.
After thinking for a moment, Seryozha returned to the school building. He went into the school cafeteria, drank a glass of tea and warned the employee of the cafeteria that he was negotiating with the supplier of food for the schoolchildren and that the future business companions had an appointment near the service entrance to the school cafeteria.
An employee of the cafeteria kindly led Seryozha through the internal premises to the service entrance.
However, the same tough guy was standing there. He was looking at his smartphone, but he managed to throw a close look at Seryozha.
Seryozha remembered that the meeting with the supplier would take place half an hour later and returned to the school building.
He found the person responsible for fire safety and said that recently the competent services had checked the emergency (fire-fighting) entrances and exits to the pool. And how are things at school with this topic?
The person responsible for fire safety led Seryozha to one of the emergency exits and demonstrated that this exit complied with fire regulations. When the emergency exit opened, Seryozha saw the territory adjacent to the school, and he met the eyes of the tough guy.
Seryozha thanked the person responsible for fire safety. He slowly went outside and slowly began to approach the tough guy.
When there were two meters left before guy, Seryozha said with an important look:
- "I'm checking the fire safety of the school!".
- "You're the right, good guy, and we've heard about you," the tough guy said. - My cousin recently, after visiting the Philatelic Club, did not find a valuable stamp in his album.
Seryozha, hearing the name of the disappeared postage stamp, sighed and said sympathetically:
- Yes, it's a valuable postage stamp!
- "I'm his heir," the tough guy calmly continued to develop his thought.
- He's just a kid! Is he capable of making a will?
- His father is a serious man. He has two diplomas. Including the legal one. And also from the Economics Academy. They are capable to prepare a will.
The tough guy paused for a moment and added:
- A serious money had been invested in the collection of postage stamps.
Seryozha tensed up and looked closely at the tough guy. The guy was looking somehow strangely: it seemed to be at Seryozha, but, it seemed, somewhere to somewhere to aside.
Seryozha wanted to find an excuse to say goodbye to the interlocutor and leave, but still, overcoming unpleasant emotions, he said:
- He's a good boy. He loves stamps. I would like to help him. I have exactly the same postage stamp. I give this boy this postage stamp.
Seryozha took out his wallet, took out a stamp similar to the disappeared one from his wallet, and handed it to the tough guy.
The guy silently took the stamp, and indifferently said:
- Okay, bye.
The tough guy turned around and left.
Now it became clear to Seryozha where to go.
He immediately went to the director of the Philatelic Club. He wrote a brief statement in the reception room:
" To the Director of the Philatelic Club. On amendments to the Club's Charter. I propose to create an information resource, an information base, where to collect information about all stamp collections, about collectors, and about all persons who have secondary (additional) rights to these collections. Only persons who have received letters of recommendation from the Chairman of the Figure Skating Society will have access to information from the database. These changes are necessary to create additional guarantees for participants in the circulation of postage stamps from collections. Signed: Seryozha."
Seryozha entered the director's office with a statement.
The director, seeing Seryozha, tensed, but, nevertheless he behaved kindly.
- Of course, we will consider this statement. Most likely, we will accept these amendments.
- Yes, yes, hurry up.
In the evening, local Internet resources published materials with headlines:
"A deep thinker!" "Proposals to the Constitution of the Philatelic Club!" "Seryozha cares about the safety of postage stamp collections!" "A quivering, gentle caring for kids-postage stamp collectors!"
Meeting a tough guy wasn't exactly a pleasant event, but as they say in "Литры Рассола", there are no "problems", but there are "opportunities".
